Because of the 32-bit integers used for determining the current
processor cycle, RSIM does not run for more than 2 billion cycles.
Suggested work-around
Until we have a more robust fix for this, it is recommended that
applications use techniques like SpecialInitInput to
speed up the initialization phases whenever possible.
